Welcome to
The Harmony Collective
Coming home to yourself is the strategy
Hi, I'm Fabiola.
Creative Director & Brand Partner at The Harmony Collective.
Married to the love of my life, Jeannette. Dog mom to Mia and Blu, two Shar-Peis with very strong opinions about personal space. Splitting time between San Diego and Ensenada, which is as good as it sounds.
I help women rebuild their brand from the inside out. And right now, I'm doing the exact same thing for myself.

MY Story
There's a moment I keep coming back to.
Jeannette and I were on a day off. We'd just been on a long walk (this picture was that day) when she got a work call. She stepped away, handled it in ten minutes, and we kept going with our day. No commute. No office politics. No asking permission.
I watched her and thought: that's what I want. Not just the flexibility. The feeling that my life belongs to me.
At the time, I had a title, a salary, and a desk I'd sat behind for years as an Executive Admin. From the outside, it looked stable. From the inside, the environment felt competitive in ways that didn't match who I am. I believe there's room for all of us. That office didn't.
I stayed because I thought the stability was protecting me.
It wasn't. It was just familiar.
So at 40, I left. I didn't have it all figured out. I had a vision, a lot of fear, and a wife who'd been building her own thing since her twenties. She showed me another path was possible. I did the rest.
That's how The Harmony Collective was born.

where I am now
A year and a half in, I'm still building.
Not in a hustle way. In a real way. Doing the actual work of aligning who I am with what I'm creating, every single day.
Something I recently discovered is that I experience ADHD. And honestly, it explains a lot. The way I move between ideas, the patterns I see that others miss, the deep need to build systems that work with how my brain moves, not against it.
Since that discovery, I've been in an active process of adapting my business to support my whole life. Not the version of me that shows up and performs. All of me.
That process is the same one I walk my clients through. Which means when I say I understand where you are, I mean it from the inside.
wHAT I BRING
I was trained as a leadership coach, and that foundation is underneath everything I do.
A lot of women come to me knowing something's off but not knowing what. I don't hand them a framework. I ask the questions that get underneath it. The real ones. And from that place, the brand starts to emerge.
I also carry everything I built in years of executive support: the ability to look at a vision and immediately see the roadmap. To translate big, messy, beautiful ideas into something that actually moves.
In practice, that looks like brand strategy, visual identity, voice development, copywriting, website design, podcast launches, digital products, workshops, and events. The full spectrum of what it takes to bring a woman's vision to life.
Strategy and soul. Always both.
I'm your sounding board. Your clarity keeper. The one who makes sure your voice stays yours, even when we're deep in the build.
And yes, some of my best thinking happens from the couch. I throw dance parties for client wins. The work is deep, but it doesn't have to be heavy.
Why Harmony
Harmony isn't perfection. It's alignment.
It's the feeling when what you do on the outside finally matches who you are on the inside. When the words sound like you. When the brand feels like home.
The creative process gets messy before it clicks. That's part of it. I stay with you through all of it.
Full Circle
Almost 3 years ago, Jeannette and I got married in Valle de Guadalupe.
It was stunning. It was also my first real creative project.
I branded the wedding. Designed the site. Wrote the copy. Told our story to the people we love most.
Somewhere in that process, I realized this was what I was here to do. Not weddings specifically. This: helping people share what matters, in a way that actually sounds like them.
That's still what I'm doing.
